The Role{{:}}

Congo Brands is seeking a 3PL Warehousing Analyst to join our team full-time. The 3PL Warehousing Analyst will support logistics operations by analyzing data, monitoring performance, and collaborating with third-party logistics providers. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes.

This role is on-site at our Louisville, KY headquarters.

Key Responsibilities{{:}}

• Data Entry{{:}} Collect data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Performance Monitoring{{:}} Track and evaluate the performance of 3PL providers against key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Cost Management{{:}} Review and validate invoices from our valued 3PL partners to ensure line items align with operating agreements.
• Vendor Management{{:}} Build and maintain strong relationships with 3PL partners to ensure effective collaboration and problem-solving.
• Compliance{{:}} Ensure that all logistics activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Support{{:}} Provide support for logistics projects, system implementations, and other initiatives as required.

Key Skills and Experience Preferred{{:}}

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
• Experience with logistics management systems (LMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
