Hybrid Work Model

  • Initial in-office presence required 5 days a week (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm).
  • After training, reduced to at least 3 days in the office.

Travel Possibility: May involve travel to Virginia.

Interview Process

  • 30-minute initial interview
  • In-person interview with 2-3 folks (manager, current engineer)

Daily Responsibilities

  • Creating test plans.
  • Participating in test review boards.
  • Writing test scripts.
  • Analyzing data.

General Requirements

  • Not specific to telecom.
  • Involves a lot of networking work.
  • Requires custom-made automation using Python.

Technical Skills

  • Python expertise is a must.
  • Understanding of Java and databases is important.
  • Experience with AWS (since some components are in the cloud).

  • The gateway consists of 220 pieces of equipment.
  • Offers 100 different services (varying from new to old).
  • Emphasis on mature technologies.

Combination of Software and Hardware but mostly focused on Software
