Director of Corporate Communications

We’re focused on creating comprehensive solutions that meet clients’ complex, multi-dimensional needs tied to their fundamental business activities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with our business objectives.
- Oversee all external and internal communications, including press releases, media relations, social media, and employee engagement platforms.
- Collaborate with leadership to craft and deliver key messages that reinforce our position as a thought leader in our core industries: software and business applications, enterprise learning, immersive technologies, and outsourcing services.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry media, analysts, and influencers.
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing team in the creation of marketing collateral, whitepapers, and other content that highlights CGS’s solutions.
- Manage content and enhance our online presence, including our corporate website and social media channels.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Lead crisis communications efforts and serve as a spokesperson for the company when needed.
- Develop and manage the communications budget, including communications technology tools for press communications (database), press release distribution, PR analytics, internal communications, and engagement.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of communications initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in the B2B technology sector. Proven record in media relations and crisis communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives.
- Strong understanding of B2B technology trends and the ability to position CGS’s solutions effectively.
- Experience in developing and executing multi-channel communications strategies.
- Proficiency in digital communications tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
- Strong knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
