Your Mission
The Director of Operations leads the operational strategy of the schools to ensure performance based on excellence, parent and child satisfaction, and the quality of our curriculum.
Your Role
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for improvement to increase school efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper management of the schools' P&L to ensure good cost management and revenue growth.
- Improve school and staff performance to ensure achievement of goals by providing technical assistance in program design, development, community relations and operations.
- Develop collaborative partnerships with local schools, families and community organizations.
What we need
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- A minimum of five years’ work experience in management and supervision, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Considerable knowledge of: the mission, objectives, policies, programs and procedures of school daily operations.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, direct and coordinate operations; in personnel supervision, the recruitment and retention of key personnel; and budget management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and to develop solutions to problems with limited supervision.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to complete required trainings and attend events.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, subordinates, executive members, community groups, and other related agencies.
