Commercial Litigation Attorney

Falcon Rappaport & Berkman is seeking a Senior Corporate Associate.

FRB is currently hiring an experienced associate or partner for its New York Cityoffice (4-6 years experience) to join the Litigation practice group.Recent graduates awaiting admission will be considered.

Qualifications:

• Required: 4-6 years of experience at a law firm performing work inlitigation, including regular direct contact with clients and primary responsibility for complex matters
• Required: Familiarity with all aspects of Microsoft Office, with a particular emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; mastery of Microsoft Office preferred
• Experience as a staff attorney or in the general counsel’s office of an administrative agency at any level of government is a plus
• Knowledge of NYC Building Code, Administrative Code, Zoning Resolution, etc. or related bodies of law is a plus
• Experience in Supreme Court in the five boroughs is a plus.
• Experience with Clio a plus
• Fluency in any language other than English a plus
