Full-Time Oregon team members will be able to participate in a PPO or HMO plan with deductibles as low as $800.00 with significantly reduced premium costs. The Primary Responsibility Guest Services Is…

  • Answer telephones, operate facility paging system, and manage resident list and incoming calls to residents
  • Greet visitors, and give directions and information to guests, residents and sales representatives
  • Ensure all visitors abide by existing rules, use ID badges and manage the sign in/out log
  • Assist Administrator and Department Directors in administrative manners.
  • Availability to work primarily overnight shifts (11pm-7 am), which may include weekends and holidays, and even some mid-shifts.
  • Professional proficiency in the English language in reading, writing, and verbal communication
  • Demonstrate passion and genuine care for all aspects of a resident's experience, handling all interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, understanding that every person matters and deserves the very best from our team.
  • Own all aspects of a resident’s experience from beginning to end of each shift. By doing this you are ensuring accurate and thorough customer service and attention to details,
  • Always prioritize the resident’s satisfaction, adjusting your actions and behaviors to support what the resident needs at any given moment. You adapt easily and do not hesitate to wear a variety of hats to support the experience, acting as a representative for Avamere to all residents, the professionalism and helping build a positive culture.
  • Display professionalism and discretion throughout all guest interactions, maintaining a consistently calm and engaging presence.
  • Collaborate effectively with co-workers and other departments to ensure residents needs are met.
  • Record guest comments or complaints, referring customers to managers, as necessary.
  • Employee will be responsible for ensuring routine rounds are complete, door locks, visitors, and/or property. Duties may include property walks, letting emergency response in and out of the building, incident reporting to notify management.'
  • Provide a calm, decisive presence around the community
  • Monitor activity on all properties for safety & security
  • Work with site staff to address all concerns
  • Address resident or safety & security concerns
  • Be the first point of contact for emergency responders
  • Develop relationships with site residents and staff
  • Ensure residents are complying with rules of the site
  • Responsible to read all updates in log book and pass-down log
  • log residents’ grievances and concerns submit to Administrator
  • Use trauma-informed care principles whenever possible when interacting with staff and residents
  • Assist with providing a calm and serene environment for all residents and guests. This may include checking restroom activity or monitoring door and/or parking lot activity, walking the building inside and out. Being present when local EMS arrives and departs, letting them in and out of the building to make sure the transaction of getting to the residents is seamless.
  • Arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
