About the role…

As a Manager on the Creator Growth team, you will be a senior-level individual contributor responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and onboard top-tier creators to the ShopMy platform. You will work closely with our Creator Strategy team to ensure that new creators are set up for success, all while maintaining a streamlined approach to networking and prospecting. This role requires a strategic thinker who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and deeply passionate about the creator economy. You will serve as a brand ambassador for ShopMy, representing our values and vision in all interactions.

Roles and responsibilities...

  • Drive acquisition strategies for increasing the number of creators on the ShopMy platform
  • Own the ongoing management of prospects, maintaining detailed records of creator statuses to provide a clear representation of our pipeline and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed
  • Lead platform demos for onboarding new creators, tailoring presentations to address creator-specific needs and ensure a seamless onboarding experience
  • Develop and maintain re-engagement workflows to strategically close prospective creator deals, optimizing the onboarding process
  • Collaborate daily and weekly memos summarizing upcoming calls, shop build progress, and key milestones to keep the team aligned and informed
  • Work closely with the Creator Strategy team to ensure new creators are positioned for long-term success on the platform
  • Serve as a key liaison between creators and the internal team, ensuring smooth communication and execution of product enhancements and marketing strategies
  • Organize and participate in events and other networking activities to build brand awareness and grow community presence
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and influencer marketing strategies to ensure ShopMy remains a competitive and attractive option for creators

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred, particularly within the creator economy or social media industries
  • Based within the EST timezone
  • Highly developed insight into the creator economy and its ongoing evolutions
  • Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, both oral and written
  • Proven ability to execute tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and proactively address team needs
  • Positive, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to learn, compete, and contribute as a team player
