We're searching for an exceptional and collaborative Vice President of People + Culture to head our Human Resources department and partner with our Executive Committee team. This is a hybrid position requiring 2 -3 days per week in the Home Office located in Mill Valley, CA. Occasional travel to properties for delivery of onsite trainings and orientations is required, approximately 10-15% of the time.

VICE PRESIDENT, PEOPLE + CULTURE POSITION SUMMARY:

Positioned as a strategic partner to the business, this position will serve as a member of the Executive Committee, ensuring people strategies are aligned with both day to day operations as well as long term business goals. The VP, People + Culture will collaborate with senior management to enable organizational growth by proactively assessing and anticipating the needs to develop and deliver sound human resource solutions.
