Position Overview

As a Triple Hat Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading and managing construction projects for the government. You will be expected to ensure all projects are completed within the specified time frame, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction project from start to finish, ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are completed within the specified timeframe and financial constraints.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors, to ensure project success and timely completion.
• Lead and supervise a team of construction workers, ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations, and implement best practices.
• Prepare and present progress reports to clients and other stakeholders, providing updates on project status and potential issues.
• Ensure work meets all quality standards and specifications.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience on VA or Bureau of Reclamation projects (both preferred)
• OSHA 30 + CQM through the Corps of Engineers
