We are seeking an experienced, dynamic high-energy Sales Director to lead our expansion efforts in the Americas. This role is pivotal in driving growth, establishing a strong market presence, and building lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in solution sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the digital transformation landscape.
Salary Package
$200,000- $250,000 per year plus bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the Americas region.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry insights and market trends to drive growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Sales Operations: Oversee sales operations, forecasting, and performance reporting, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and drive thought leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years proven track record in sales, preferably in technology consulting or a related field across various business portfolios
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere
- Familiarity with the latest technology trends relevant to market-leading Saas / IaaS platforms from a consulting standpoint
- Strong written/verbal communications skills
- Working under minimal supervision on complex projects
- Thrives in a career-oriented environment that is both fun and professional
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to develop and maintain relationships
- Bachelors in business, marketing, computer science, information technology or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred but not required
- Candidates must have valid work authorization in the United States and will not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.
