Office Manager/Administrator

Canby, OR

We are seeking a highly organized individual to join our team as an Office Manager. This is a full time, salaried position that requires a self starter with excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities and a positive, collaborative spirit.

Compensation & Benefits:

This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $60,000-$70,000, depending upon experience, paid semimonthly. In addition to competitive pay, our company offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off and opportunities for career growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

  • General Office Management of our Administrative Team.
  • Promote a positive workplace environment and Teamwork by always presenting a positive and professional attitude.
  • Perform high level communication both written and verbal.
  • Understand and promote company culture/values.
  • Assist in Human Resource Management including recruitment, on-boarding/off-boarding and benefits.
  • Administration of safety alongside our Safety Committee
  • Auto & Workers Compensation claim management
  • Manage subcontractor records, compliance and relationships
  • Manage company licensing requirements
  • Oversee fleet records, including inventory, maintenance, tracking devices and registration.
  • IT support for all new and existing employees.
  • Phone backup as needed.
  • Audit timesheets for completeness and accuracy.
  • Admin support for Controller, Sales Manager, Project Managers and General Manager.
  • Attend all manager and company meetings (weekly and monthly, respectively)
  • Assist Team Members to ensure they have the necessary equipment and tools for success


Requirements:

  • 4 years office management preferred
  • Construction experience preferred, but not required
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to learn technical trade/industry details
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Critical thinker and problem solver
  • Team player with a focused attention to detail
  • Self starter
  • In-Office Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday
