In the age of generative AI, Truepic's technology is at the forefront of providing transparency and determining what is real and what is synthetic. As the Director of Demand Generation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that customers recognize and consider Truepic as a critical part of their digital media authenticity initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into loyal customers. You will lead efforts to create and implement innovative multi-channel campaigns that captivate our target audience and drive significant growth for Truepic.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that aligns with Truepic's growth goals.
  • Define success metrics, key performance indicators, and objectives for experiments and campaigns.
  • Plan, create, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (including email, content marketing, social media, PPC, SEO, and events) to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Manage and mentor a direct report to ensure the successful implementation and execution of demand generation activities.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality, follow-up, and conversion.
  • Work closely with product marketing and design teams to create compelling campaign assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually innovate and improve demand generation efforts.
  • Manage the demand generation budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree. MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot as a marketing automation platform and CRM.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Direct, hands-on experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tools (e.g. 6sense, DemandBase).
