AB Services is looking for an experienced leader with a proven record of delivering results, to own and execute high visibility, strategic and revenue generating initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced and quickly growing business segment within Amazon, solving complex problems and bringing big ideas to life for our customers. We are disrupting the status quo of Business to Business (B2B) by delivering new, efficient purchasing and service solutions for individual proprietors, small-medium businesses, global organizations, and everything in between.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage complex, cross-functional programs and projects, delivering ambitious goals and driving successful outcomes across multiple organizations (Ownership, Bias for Action)
- Juggle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and a keen ability to context-switch (Bias for Action, Insistence on the Highest Standards)
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, business, and competitive landscape, staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging data-driven insights (Customer Obsession, Invent and Simplify)
- Orchestrate cross-team coordination, project/process management, and executive-level communication and presentations (Earn Trust, Deliver Results)
- Partner with other program managers to secure resources, scope efforts, set priorities and milestones, and drive delivery (Ownership, Bias for Action)
- Own program communication, accelerating progress through crisp and timely decision-making, clearing blockers, and escalating issues as appropriate (Earn Trust, Deliver Results)
- Influence internal and external stakeholders without formal authority, driving the adoption of new processes and initiatives (Earn Trust, Invent and Simplify)
- Drive operational goals and metrics, supporting the vision of both the Launch team and the larger organization (Think Big, Deliver Results)
- Present project status and metrics regularly to leadership teams, providing data-driven insights and recommendations (Insistence on the Highest Standards, Learn and Be Curious)
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
