Opportunity

We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) based in San Francisco, CA or Austin, TX. As a senior executive, you will be tasked with helping the company grow by managing its financial strategy planning, financial compliance and risk, and actively safeguarding the company's financial resources to help us achieve full financial control and sustainable growth.

We expect you to be highly proficient in all aspects of financial management including basic accounting as well as broad investment and banking operations. You should also be an excellent leader to ensure effective control over all relative departments of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Organize the corporate financial planning activities
  • Analyze company's liabilities and investments and perform risk management based on the analysis results
  • Manage company's fundraising plans and capital structure
  • Make decisions on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
  • Organize company’s finance IT system
  • Oversee cash flows for the company’s operations
  • Manage all finance personnel and assign tasks to them
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships
  • Create reliable reports and forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with company’s policies and legal regulations

Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience of working as a CFO, or other relevant position
  • Saas experience strongly preferred
  • Solid experience of strategy building, personnel management and financial risk management
  • Good practical experience with G-Suite and financial management software (such as NetSuite)
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Excellent knowledge of corporate financial law
  • Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proven success in team work and collaborating across the organization
  • Strong communication and social skills
  • Good analytical and numerical skills
  • BS or BA degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MS or MBA will be a bonus, as well as CPA certification
