Legend Biotech is seeking Head of Culture & Belonging as part of the Human Resources team based in Somerset, New Jersey.
Role Overview
The Head of Culture & belonging is responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining a vibrant organizational culture & DE&I practices that aligns with the company’s mission, values, and strategic goals. This role will ensure that the culture supports innovation, fosters a positive work environment, and enhances employee engagement and retention. The Head of Culture & Belonging will work closely with leadership and employees at all levels to embed cultural values and practices throughout the organization.

This role will ensure that the culture supports innovation, fosters a positive work environment, and enhances employee engagement and retention. The Head of Culture & Belonging will work closely with leadership and employees at all levels to embed cultural values and practices throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Cultural Transformation and Cultivation:
- Design and execute strategies to drive culture transformation
- Align cultural initiatives with business objectives and organizational values.
- Serve as a culture champion and advisor to senior leadership on cultural issues and initiatives.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and innovative work environment across all levels of the organization.
- Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of cultural initiatives and programs through qualitative and quantitative metrics.
- Report on culture-related KPIs and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Lead & drive company EVP and employer branding programs with positive impact
- Develop and oversee programs that promote cultural integration, diversity, equity, and inclusion with positive impact
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in human resources, organizational development, or a related field, with a strong focus on culture and employee engagement.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully building and delivering diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility programs and activities.
- Strong understanding of organizational culture, DE&I practices and its impact on business performance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage complex change initiatives.
