About The Department

The Schar School of Policy and Government (Schar School) provides undergraduate and graduate students the skills, knowledge, and analytic abilities to be leaders and managers in the private, public, and non-profit sectors.

About The Position

Teaches appropriate course load, to include multiple courses in the Organizational Development and Knowledge Management program.

Responsibilities

  • Teaches assigned course load, to include multiple courses in the Organizational Development and Knowledge Management program; and
  • Plays an active role in helping recruit adult learners for the MS in ODKM, a cohort program for working professionals.

Required Qualifications

  • Terminal degree in a related field. Must have earned a Ph.D. in one of the following or related fields: organization behavior, organization development, knowledge management, digital transformation, or human resource management;
  • Must show evidence of teaching full-time working professionals, both in-person and virtual learning environment;
  • Skill to mentor and teach students; and
  • In-depth knowledge of one of the following or related fields: organizational theory, organization development, knowledge management, digital transformation, organization behavior, human resource development, and talent management.
