Position Overview
The Sales Coordinator will report to the Account Director, Amazon, Ulta, and A/O, and will provide high-level administrative support to the Sales team. Specifically, you’ll play a key role in new product introductions, assortment maintenance, PO management, and regular reporting. You’ll be an integral part of the Commercial team’s success. The right person will possess strong communication, organization, and technical skills and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
This remote position. Attendance at either location may be required on specific days to attend important company events.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Account Director, Sr. Account Manager, and Assistant Account Manager to maintain a solid partnership with Retailers, through effective communication with the support teams
- Utilize all of Retailer’s systems and vendor tools to provide data analysis
- Execute item, product, and category information set up for Retailers
- Administrative tasks including but not limited to listing products, submitting new item setup information, and product images, and fulfilling stock requests
- Monitor marketplace dynamics and promotional activities
- Own one source of truth for the promotional calendar
- Handle invoicing and purchase order (PO) for respective customers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer marketing, and merchandising teams to prepare internal and external presentations
- Provide sales reporting with key insights and actionable recommendations
A bit about you…
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales support role, preferably in CPG
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with image files
- Ulta or equivalent retailer experience working in a retailer portal
- General knowledge and/or passion for the Beauty industry is a plus, but not a requirement
- Outstanding organizational skills while working in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Superior time management and prioritization skills, with a high level of attention to detail
