Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and help elevate our brand through creative and impactful design.

As an In-House Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping Consigli’s visual identity. You will work closely with the marketing team to create designs that effectively communicate our brand message across various platforms. This position requires a designer who is detail-oriented, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and can translate complex ideas into clear and compelling visuals.

Essential Functions

Branding: Develop and maintain consistent branding across all company materials, including presentations, brochures, project proposals, and digital assets.

Marketing Collateral: Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, such as advertisements, banners, flyers, and social media graphics that support the company’s business development goals.

Project Support: Collaborate with internal teams to design custom graphics and layouts for client presentations, reports, and proposals.

Internal Communications: Create visually engaging materials for internal communications, including newsletters, emails, and company announcements.

Digital Content: Support the creation of website content and other digital initiatives with high-quality design work.

Event Materials: Design and produce event-related materials such as signage, booth displays, and promotional items for industry conferences and trade shows.

Required

Required Experience:

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of design experience within an in-house team or agency.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of digital design tools, particularly Wordpress and Ceros, is beneficial – willingness to learn is required.

Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including examples of corporate branding and marketing materials.

Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must be a proactive team player with the ability to work independently.
