We are seeking an experienced psychiatrist to join our team at WestEastern Health. We are a startup integrative psychiatry clinic dedicated to providing comprehensive, holistic mental health services, including innovative treatments such as ketamine therapy, for patients seeking deeper and more comprehensive mental wellness strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both traditional psychiatry and holistic mental health practices, with specific experience in administering and overseeing I.V. and I.M. ketamine treatments. A remote or hybrid position is also available.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical oversight of all treatment programs, including development, implementation, and evaluation of services to ensure the highest standard of care.
• Ketamine Therapy Oversight: Directly oversee the clinic’s ketamine treatment program, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices in psychedelic-assisted therapy.
• Team Management: Lead, recruit, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, supporting continuous education and integration of holistic practices in patient care.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the clinic’s executive team to define and implement strategic goals, service expansions, and improvements in patient care and outcomes.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency to continuously improve service quality.
• Research and Development: Stay abreast of the latest research in psychiatry, ketamine therapy, and integrative health practices to inform clinic practices and treatment innovations.
• Patient Care: Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and oversee the integration of holistic services into patient treatment plans as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• MD or DO with a board certification in Psychiatry (remote or hybrid position also available)
• Valid state medical license.
• Ketamine infusion therapy preferred
• Strong background in both traditional psychiatric and holistic mental health approaches.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based, and patient-centered care.
