About Pirros

Pirros is the Github for construction design. We are selling to the construction design industry (architects and structural engineers) where both the founders have extensive prior experience. We were in the YC W23 batch, raised our seed round in April 2023, and are now doing 7 figures in annual revenue. We are building out our team to scale up our business and further establish ourselves as the number one solution for detail management in the construction design space.

Job Overview

We're looking for an Account Executive to join our team in LA. We are seeing early signs of product market fit and have developed a repeatable sales process. You would be joining as the first AE and helping us transition out of founder led sales. You will work directly with the founders to help drive the business forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to account management, building strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Be comfortable with prospecting, outbound activities and developing existing accounts
  • Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales quota within prospective accounts
  • Report directly to COO with sales activities
  • Tenaciously follow-through and prioritize customer needs in relation to sales
  • opportunities for the company.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate traits such as resilience, hunger for
  • success, agility, and a strong desire to achieve.

Qualifications

  • "Start-Up DNA” - this role is more about ability and attitude than experience.
  • 1 year of proven success as an Account Executive at a B2B SaaS start-up, carrying and achieving quota targets.
  • Experience consistently closing $10-15k ACV deals in high volume, managing ~2 month sales cycles.
  • You have drive, grit & team orientation: you have a strong desire to compete and win
  • Analytical and detail-driven
  • A healthy respect for deadlines: the ability to prioritize progress over perfection and the drive to see projects through to completion
  • 50 hour work week
  • In office Monday through Friday
