HarperCollins Publishers is currently seeking a Sr. Marketing Associate to join the Central Marketing and Strategy team! The Sr. Marketing Associate will work closely with multi-functional teams, internal customers, and Marketing & Sales leadership to manage, optimize, and grow our digital advertising operations.

The Sr. Marketing Associate will also work closely with internal stakeholders to establish efficient operational processes to monitor end-to-end execution of performance advertising campaigns to achieve KPIs – from planning and activation to reporting and optimization. This position will report to the Director, Digital Advertising.

This is a hybrid position based out of our New York office.

Responsibilities

  • Establish lines of communication with internal customers to share campaign recommendations, advertising related news, and best practices.
  • Lead ongoing development and implementation of processes to assist Marketing teams with planning and managing cross-channel digital advertising campaigns.
  • Partner with Marketing & Sales teams to develop, implement, and maintain cross-channel digital advertising operational processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders using data to identify trends and opportunities for automated campaign activation.
  • Develop and maintain advertising reporting dashboards to provide internal customers with campaign insights.
  • Perform research to identify advertising platforms and/or advertising technology that may be useful to the business.
  • Provide additional campaign activation support for strategic platforms including Amazon Advertising, social platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.), and programmatic advertising.

Qualifications

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Knowledge of digital advertising platforms
  • Amazon advertising experience, a plus
  • Experience with SQL/BigQuery, a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel and PowerPoint

The salary for this position is $55,500-$65,000. We recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company. The quoted salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
