Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Mortgage Production Manager to oversee our mortgage production team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in mortgage lending, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive production growth while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the mortgage production team to achieve production goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase mortgage loan production.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Foster a customer-centric culture focused on providing excellent service.
• Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve strategic goals.
• Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources.
• Stay current with industry trends and changes to ensure the company remains competitive.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding production goals.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency with mortgage lending software and tools.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $88,918.82 - $107,085.03 per year
