We are partnering with a leading, high-growth company in the B2B payments space, offering innovative payment solutions designed to streamline vendor payments for enterprise clients. As they continue to expand, they are seeking an experienced Senior Vice President of Sales to lead the sales strategy and accelerate growth across the US market.

This role is vital for building and scaling the sales team, ensuring successful integration of their solutions into large enterprises, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale the sales organization to achieve and surpass revenue goals.

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive growth in target markets.

• Build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored payment solutions.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.

• Manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and key performance indicators to ensure targets are met.

• Mentor and develop the sales team, fostering a high-performance and results-driven culture.

Requirements:

• 8-10+ years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record in B2B payments.

• Strong knowledge of the payments industry and enterprise sales cycles.

• Proven success in scaling sales teams and driving revenue in high-growth environments.

• Excellent negotiation skills with experience closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and engage effectively with C-level executives and key decision-makers.

• Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
