As the Director of Sales, you'll lead and oversee sales operations across various divisions. Your main goal is to drive revenue through effective leadership, positioning the client as an industry leader, and maximizing sales. You'll build and empower a team of Regional Sales Representatives to drive sales in their respective regions.


Key Responsibilities:

- Represent the client as an industry leader, maximizing sales and profitability.

- Directly manage Regional Sales Representatives to ensure effective sales activities.

- Secure maximum market share and sales in line with established policies and programs.

- Develop market strategies and cultivate new accounts and dealer relationships.

- Set clear targets for your team, providing guidance and direction to ensure objectives are achieved.

- Act as a host at dealer meetings, conferences, and similar events.

- Stay updated on product knowledge and customer needs through training sessions.

- Address customer relations issues with dealers and end users.

- Ensure high-quality customer service standards are maintained.

- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts.

- Identify business trends, opportunities, and threats.

- Travel with Regional Sales Representatives to meet division goals.

- Perform additional duties as required.


Qualifications:

- 5-10 years of progressive senior sales leadership experience with proven results.

- HVAC Sales mandatory.

- 3-5 years of experience in residential and commercial contractor relationships.

- Track record of successfully managing and mentoring sales teams.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales and market data and propose effective solutions.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Willingness to travel up to 80% within the division.

- Fluent in English for compliance with safety standards, training, and procedures.
