Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Vice President of Acquisitions & Development at Addison Properties located primarily in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area and Northeast Ohio. The role involves executing the company's acquisition strategies, conducting financial analyses and due diligence, and underwriting potential real estate deals. It also includes the entitlement and development process associated with executing on site improvements. Some remote work is acceptable for this position.

- Acquisitions, Finance, and Underwriting skills
- Analytical Skills and Due Diligence experience
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting abilities
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
