Staff Accountant
The Role
The Finance Operations team delivers bookkeeping of unparalleled quality to a portfolio of customers across a range of industries. But bookkeeping at Pilot doesn't look like bookkeeping anywhere else! You will use our powerful software that automatically eliminates common errors, allowing you to focus on our customers and the quality of their books. You will work closely with our Customer Operations teams to provide strategic advice as a customers’ business grows.
This role is onsite and in person in the Nashville office

- esPrepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to customer’s standards and trend

The base pay range target for the role seniority described in this job description is $47,000 - $81,000 in Nashville, TN. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors such as candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, total compensation, and market data. In addition to cash pay, full-time regular positions are eligible for equity, 401(k), health benefits, and other benefits; some of these benefits may be available for part-time or temporary pos
