The Role

Field Marketing Manager at DRINKS is not just about theory, but about hands-on action and creation. You'll blend sales operations, digital and data, customer targeting and insights, and marketing communications - you are a marketing 'Swiss army knife' in the truest sense. This is a regular, full-time, exempt position. DRINKS is home-based in Los Angeles; however, we are a remote-first company.


What You’ll Do

  • Take our ideal customer profiles and build target lists to fuel digital outreach and account-based marketing.
  • Develop content to support digital outreach and targeting which includes blog posts, emails, videos, infographics, and more.
  • Drive our SEO performance and digital campaigns - we are big on driving organic and targeted growth initiatives.
  • Build great customer and partner relationships to drive customer case studies, insights, and event engagement.
  • Analyze data, craft compelling messages, and drive program adoption.
  • Learn the competitive landscape for our target segments and uncover opportunities and pitfalls for the broader team.
  • Forge high-utility relationships with the Sales organization, maintain a two-way partnership to share insights, level up sales conversations, and create best-in-class enablement.
  • Build effective lead traps (creating high-conversion editorial landing pages as a starter).


About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in a growth company and revenue-driven marketing organization.
  • Experience with go-to-market and journey optimization.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • 3+ years’ experience with Hubspot and its integrations, campaign automation, digital marketing campaigns and audience segmentation.
  • Effective organic account-based marketing, LinkedIn, and Instagram strategies.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify.
  • A good balance of data and creative skills - you can deliver insights and do the work to turn insights into results. And, of using AI to accelerate SEO and Content performance.
  • A passion for the beverage alcohol industry (wine, beer, spirits…), some smarts about the industry, and how eCommerce works in it.


Primary Location: Los Angeles, CA

Primary Location Compensation Range: $70,000 - $90,000 + incentive compensation
