Lateral Partner

Position Overview: We are looking for a Lateral Partner to join our firm and provide legal counsel and expertise in Construction, Insurance coverage, Defense, Litigation, Commercial, Portable Book, Book Of Business, Portable book of business. The ideal candidate will have experience in these areas and be able to offer new ideas and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance on Construction, Insurance coverage, Defense, Litigation, Commercial, Portable Book, Book Of Business, Portable book of business matters
• Develop and execute strategies for navigating complex legal issues
• Represent the firm in court proceedings and client meetings
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Conduct research and assist with the preparation of legal documents
• Advise clients on legal matters and provide interpretation of laws and regulations
  
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited college or university
• Admission to a state bar and active member in good standing
• Extensive industry knowledge and experience in Construction, Insurance coverage, Defense, Litigation, Commercial, Portable Book, Book Of Business, Portable book of business
• Excellent problem-solving and research skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
