Position Overview:

The Director of Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of sales professionals across the United States. This role will focus on developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the private aviation market, a proven track record in sales leadership, and the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a national sales team, setting clear goals and expectations while driving accountability and performance.

Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with JetZen’s business objectives and growth targets.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities to expand the business and enhance customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities.

Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through effective sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and optimal client experiences.

Reporting: Provide regular sales performance reports to the executive team, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.

Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and continually seek new ways to enhance JetZen’s sales processes and client offerings.


Qualifications:


Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within the private aviation industry.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team, driving high performance and achieving ambitious targets.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the private aviation market and a strong network within the industry.

Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Results-Driven: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools; experience with tech-driven sales environments is a plus.

Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
