Our client is a forward-thinking owner, developer, and property manager with a substantial footprint across Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky. Their portfolio currently spans 2,615 units, with an exciting 1,100 units in development. An ambitious growth strategy includes both new development and strategic acquisitions, aiming to double their portfolio size in the next 5-10 years.

Role Overview:

As the AVP/VP, you’ll report directly to and be mentored by our Executive Vice President and President, gaining unparalleled exposure to all facets of our dynamic business. Your journey will encompass managing a broad spectrum of real estate endeavors—from acquisitions and dispositions to innovative multifamily construction projects and substantial asset repositioning.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive and oversee the company’s real estate strategy, including acquisition, development, and asset management.
  2. Lead projects involving new multifamily construction (both mid-rise with mixed use and garden style) and the revitalization of existing assets.
  3. Navigate complex financial landscapes including HUD, Agency, and Bank debt, as well as HAP contract management.
  4. Engage with LIHTC, TIC, and condominium ownership structures.
  5. Collaborate with executive leadership to expand our portfolio and achieve our growth targets.
