Wage: Starting at $70,000 (BOE)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with a flexible start and end time. This is a hybrid position meaning some in-person and at-home work. New England location is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Formulate comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives, focusing on both short-term tactical execution and long-term strategic growth
- Cultivate and maintain our brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistency and resonance with our target audience
- Lead digital marketing initiatives to generate leads and increase conversion rates
- Oversee the creation of compelling content that engages and educates our audience, including blog posts, newsletters, videos, and other relevant materials
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance
- Effectively manage marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and measure ROI on marketing activities
- Collaborate with our Client Success Team
- Minimum of 4 years in a marketing role, ideally within the food and or professional services
- Ability to analyze data to translate data into actionable insights and strategies
- Demonstrated success in leading and motivating a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
- Must be proficient in HubSpot
- Must have B2C experience and inbound marketing
- Up to 15% travel
- Proficiency in using design software such as Canva
- Intermediate/Expert level of proficiency using Hubspot Marketing tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate marketing strategies
- Proficiency in digital marketing and multiple social media platforms
- Proficient in utilizing project management systems like Asana to effectively manage assignments and project flows, ensuring prompt delivery
- A passion for food and culinary arts, with a creative flair for storytelling and brand building
