Tiny Spoon Chef is actively looking for a Marketing Manager to become a integral part of our team. As the Marketing Manager for our esteemed personal chef company, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and elevate our market presence. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic marketer who thrives in a dynamic, culinary-driven environment. We are a small but mighty team, working to continue our growth in the coming years.

Wage: Starting at $70,000 (BOE)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with a flexible start and end time. This is a hybrid position meaning some in-person and at-home work. New England location is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives, focusing on both short-term tactical execution and long-term strategic growth
  • Cultivate and maintain our brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistency and resonance with our target audience
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives to generate leads and increase conversion rates
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content that engages and educates our audience, including blog posts, newsletters, videos, and other relevant materials
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance
  • Effectively manage marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and measure ROI on marketing activities
  • Collaborate with our Client Success Team


Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years in a marketing role, ideally within the food and or professional services
  • Ability to analyze data to translate data into actionable insights and strategies
  • Demonstrated success in leading and motivating a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
  • Must be proficient in HubSpot
  • Must have B2C experience and inbound marketing


Travel requirement:

  • Up to 15% travel


Skills And Abilities

  • Proficiency in using design software such as Canva
  • Intermediate/Expert level of proficiency using Hubspot Marketing tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and multiple social media platforms
  • Proficient in utilizing project management systems like Asana to effectively manage assignments and project flows, ensuring prompt delivery
  • A passion for food and culinary arts, with a creative flair for storytelling and brand building
