Job Description -

Our ideal Front Desk Supervisor will integrate seamlessly into our dynamic Front Desk Concierge team. This individual must be a proven leader with the ability to graciously solve problems, remain cool in challenging situations and provide a balanced, consistent voice of reason. The Front Desk Supervisor will assist the Front Office Manager and Asst. Front Office Manager in overseeing an extraordinary guest experience and serve as a manager on duty in their absence. This responsibility means being a quiet and humble leader who works with our talented, existing Front Desk team. Our style of hospitality is down-to-earth, genuine, sophisticated and savvy - built by interesting individuals. The open position is meant for someone looking to take the next step in their hotel career.

Requirements -

  • Full time, flexible schedule, with the ability to work weekends & holidays when needed
  • Previous hotel & Concierge experience
  • Solid work ethic and ability to work with team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Upbeat personality, natural smile, energetic, friendly demeanor
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with high profile clientele
