Job Overview - Vice President, Real Estate Investments:

Join our client in Delaware County, PA, as the Vice President of Real Estate Investments. In this high-level role, you will spearhead portfolio growth, leading acquisitions, developments, and capital market relationships to align with company goals and market trends.

Compensation: $225,000 - $240,000/year + bonus

Location: Delaware County, PA

Responsibilities as the Vice President, Real Estate Investments:

• Acquisition Strategy: Set acquisition strategy, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
• Market Analysis: Perform feasibility analysis, underwrite acquisitions, and recommend purchase terms to the investment committee.
• Coordination: Negotiate acquisition terms and collaborate with legal counsel to finalize agreements.
• Capital Management: Oversee land acquisition, development projects, and capital stack management, including debt and equity.
• Risk Assessment: Lead comprehensive due diligence, including financial, physical asset, and property management reviews.
• Debt Management: Cultivate relationships with lenders and equity partners to support ongoing growth and refinancing efforts.

Qualifications for the Vice President, Real Estate Investments:

• Education: BS in Finance or Real Estate (advanced degree preferred).
• Experience: 10-15 years in Multifamily Acquisitions or Asset Management, with Capital Markets and Investment expertise.
• Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience in multifamily real estate, including acquisitions and portfolio management.
• Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative, financial analysis, and underwriting skills.
• Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
