Base pay range

$175,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Chief People Officer (CPO) with a proven track record in organizations over 500 headcount. The ideal candidate is not afraid to get their hands dirty, demonstrates a strong understanding of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and can seamlessly integrate people and processes into new systems. This role involves building and nurturing a positive company culture, driving HR strategies, and aligning them with our business goals.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on all people-related matters.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead the talent acquisition process to attract and retain top talent. Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce.
  • Culture Building: Cultivate a progressive and inclusive company culture that promotes employee engagement, development, and retention. Implement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
  • Operational HR: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Mergers and Acquisitions: Lead HR due diligence and integration efforts for M&A activities. Ensure smooth transitions and integration of new employees and systems.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the development and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs. Ensure alignment of compensation strategies with company goals and industry standards.
  • Field Reps and Call Center Support: Develop and implement HR strategies tailored to the needs of field representatives and call center staff. Foster a supportive environment for remote and on-site employees, ensuring their unique needs are met.



REQUIREMENTS (Please read, you need to have all of these requirements):


  • Proven experience as a CPO or in a senior HR role reporting directly to C-suite executives.
  • Experience in leading organizations of over 500 people.
  • Strong knowledge of M&A processes and integration.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a positive company culture.
  • Experience working with service industry companies, particularly those with field reps and call centers.
  • Having reported to the CEO
  • Private Equity Experience
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
