Information Systems Security Manager

As the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) Rolls-Royce, you’ll have the freedom to do brilliant work with our customers. You’ll manage the process to protect Rolls-Royce Marine North America classified information by implementing the Department of Defense Risk Management Framework within assigned areas of responsibility.

Key Accountabilities

• Serve as the ISSM for RRMNA for classified systems in support of DoD contracts
• Protect the overall security of the classified systems in-line with NISPOM requirements and leveraging knowledge of DCSA Assessment and Authorization Process, and NIST SP 800-53
• Authorization of classified systems to include develop and implement RMF compliant system documentation for authorization, management, and continuous monitoring in accordance with NISPOM, DAAPM and NIST
• Respond to security violations involving authorized classified information systems
• Develop secure IT solutions to enable RRMNA business while remaining compliant to DoD requirements
• Communicate at a technical and people-oriented level to effectively engage personnel in support of DoD contracts and classified systems
  
  

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, OR
• Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience, OR
• PhD / JD
• Must be a US Citizen to be considered for this role
