eCommerce Digital Merchandising Specialist

We are looking for a eCommerce Digital Merchandising Specialist that will assist in driving the digital merchandising strategy. You will be working with cross functional teams to improve the overall customer experience on our website in order to drive profitable revenue and site conversions. You will also be involved managing assortments, promotions, forecasts and other site optimizations on an ongoing basis. As a critical member of the team, you will leverage data and insights to execute merchandising strategies that improve the digital experience and business results.

Merchandising:

• Support the digital merchandising strategy / roadmap.
• Review SKU performance and competitive landscape to drive traffic, web sales and conversions.
• Contribute on dedicated categories end-to-end including assortment, inventory, set-up, forecasting and optimizations
• Assist in tracking inventory positions for SKUs, proactively requesting inventory transfers to prevent out of stocks. Communicate changes or inventory arrival stock to the digital team.
• Provide support for general projects and content management.
  
  

Promotions:

• Assist in the building and maintenance of our overall promotional strategy.
• Build promotions in backend by setting up promotional codes, price lists and adding promotional banners.
• Check market pricing daily and alert teams of discrepancies.
• QC promotion set-up and promo code validation.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proficient in excel
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to focus on task completion.
• Must be organized and adept at handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
• Having an entrepreneurial spirit and mindset – a “make it happen” way of thinking.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive: able to note things that need to be done without being prompted
• Minimum 1-2 years experience Digital Merchandising
