Testing Group Manager

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Testing Group Manager for its New Castle, Delaware location.

Duties: Lead a global quality engineering team for programs within the Payments domain, including Emerging Payments. Define testing strategy, test automation roadmap and end state vision for quality engineering practice within Emerging Payments. Drive the testing and implementation of Instant Payment Clearings on a cloud based platform. Identify and highlight risks and work with stakeholders to implement mitigation plans. Ensure adequate test coverage and advise on Instant payment clearings, SWIFT messaging, SWIFT ISO2022 messaging formats, Payments and Cash management domain, and Global Pay Plus. Define a global test automation strategy and roadmap by identifying the appropriate tech stack and building a standardized, robust and scalable automation framework to automate end-to-end validations across eco-systems and payment flows. Implement BDD test automation framework on Java/Cucumber. Use Jira to track and monitor team’s progress against plans, review testing results and metrics, and identify risks and mitigation strategies. Perform team management activities. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field and 8 years of experience as Apps Dev Tech Lead Analyst, Apps Dev Sr Programmer Analyst, Senior Executive, Project Manager, Test Lead, Global Services Manager or related position involving IT testing, cash management, payments domain and SWIFT messaging. 8 years of experience must include: Payments domain; Cash Management domain; SWIFT messaging; and Global Pay Plus.
