An international forwarder is looking for Export Coordinator.
This position is responsible for preparing all necessary export documentation required by the customs and airline companies as well as coordinating shipment.
Responses and answers various questions from customers, including regulations, required information, invoices, quotas and etc
Contacts the trucking companies to arrange pick-up cargos from customer’s warehouse or other locations to the company warehouse
Responsible to coordinate trucking schedule and makes any adjustment as needed
One to three years related successful experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience

Located near JFK.
WFH - one day per week.
Non-Exempt - overtime pay
