Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Post Scheduling: Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Research Trends: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company’s social media presence remains current and effective.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual consistency.
Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks related to social media campaigns, such as maintaining content calendars and organizing assets.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Experience: Previous experience in social media or digital marketing is a plus.
Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, creativity, and proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
Abilities: Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and stay organized and detail-oriented.
