Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager at The Lakone Company located in the Greater Chicago Area. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures, conducting audits and inspections, and managing a team of quality control inspectors.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
Experience in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time management skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in plastic injection molding industry is preferred
