About The Role

Reporting to the Campaign & Lifecycle Manager, this role will work with the regional team to create and execute email and SMS programs that effectively reach and engage owners across the Americas. As an Associate Campaign Manager, you are responsible for supporting the US, Canada and Mexico teams in developing and implementing owner engagement programs with specific focus on email marketing. You will execute relationship marketing activity across the Americas (US, Canada and Mexico), working with the email campaign specialist, the campaign creative team and market category teams to develop owner and prospect communications, leveraging global best practices. This includes working with agency partners and internal stakeholders on coordinating, executing and reporting on marketing campaigns, ensuring owners are reached with the right message at the right time in the right channel.

Main Accountabilities And Supporting Activities

  • Own end-to-end production of CRM campaigns, including audience segmentation, email creative and data briefs, A/B testing plans/execution, QA and reporting.
  • Brief and coordinate the work of internal teams (designers, copywriters, HTML developers, CRM colleagues, etc.) to ensure on-time delivery of content and successful campaign deployment.
  • Measure, analyze, and share campaign performance, test results, and other learnings to inform decision-making across the team and cross-functionally.
  • Manage all phases of the email pipeline, keeping stakeholders updated on asset due dates, CRM operations processes and deliverables/timelines.
  • Assist in the development and execution of Owner engagement initiatives, roadmaps and calendars, partnering with cross-functional teams including Customer Service, Insights, Ecommerce, Creative, Media, Category, Events and other marketing teams.
  • Partner with Sales, Category, Creative, and Ecommerce teams to ensure a full-funnel approach to new product launches, including early access, pre-order, and other Owner exclusive offers.
  • Seek out and create new automated journeys across all categories to drive Owner engagement and drive incremental revenue.


About you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required
  • 1-3 years of CRM/Direct marketing experience, with SMS and Push Notification campaign experience a plus
  • Obsessed with detail and testing, triple-checking that all emails work perfectly before deployment, and comfortable working with HTML and Adobe Analytics.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in writing and in person.
  • Proactive, creative, and curious team player who enjoys solving problems and sharing new ideas.
  • Excellent time management, organizational and project management skills to successfully multi-task and adapt in a constantly changing environment.
  • Ability to collaborate, influence and gain alignment cross-functionally.
  • Agile and adaptable to competing priorities, frequently changing plans and can balance working independently along with working closely with other teams.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, i.e. Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
  • Experience working with CRM systems/data environments, ESPs and web infrastructure, tools for campaign management, marketing automation and social media platform activation are a plus.


An ideal candidate will have an exceptional understanding of the following:

  • The implementation, tracking and measurement of email marketing campaigns
  • Complex multi-step campaigns in a CRM platform, with HTML knowledge a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
  • Data privacy and compliance best practices in the region
