Job Qualifications:

• 2-3 years experience in integrated marketing
• 2-3 years in Affiliate Marketing + Strategy
• Previous experience working in Digital Healthcare / Telehealth

Job Requirements

• Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy focused on direct marketing, creator marketing, and paid media to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Recruit new affiliates and scale program to include onboarding, incentivizing, briefing, and negotiating deals to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship
• Execute the affiliate marketing strategy to enhance brand presence and achieve sales targets
• Strong business acumen and understanding of key business performance metrics
• Preferably hands-on experience with, if not deep understanding of, Paid Social, Search and Display channels
• Understand omnichannel marketing and sales channels
• Track record of analyzing funnels and conversion rates, and making data-driven decisions
• Experience leveraging marketing automation tools
• A scrappy self-starter willing to roll up your sleeves and drive projects to completion
• Have a strong work ethic, love of testing, and commitment to continuous improvement
• Effective communicator with internal teams or external vendors
• Implement SEM (Search Engine Marketing), LinkedIn advertising, and other ad expenditure strategies to drive lead generation.
