Day 1 onsite: ( Grand Rapids, Michigan) initial remote and later onsite.

Candidate can work from home initially if they are relocating to customer location for onsite

Position - Fulltime

Experience Required

  • 6-13 years of experience in Supply Chain domain with a strong knowledge and hands on experience in Blue Yonder Warehouse management.
  • Experience in managing AMS projects and exposure to ITSM terminology, Processes, and best practices.
  • Ability to work in onsite-offshore model and manage team size of 10-15 FTE as Team Lead or Tower Lead
  • Mandatory to work from onsite customer location ( Grand Rapids, Michigan)
  • Previous experience in executing and monitoring Application Development projects is strongly (preferred)
  • Strong Client facing experience and ability to handle escalations effectively.
  • Should have strong experience in BY/JDA/RP WMS technical skills and basic functionalities core WMS.
  • Good Written and Oral communication skills.
  • Experience in automation initiatives.
