About the job


As a Contract Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward by identifying potential clients, leveraging and establishing strong relationships, and closing i.t. services and staffing deals. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities and potentially helping us grow existing accounts. You will set your own revenue and client targets but you will be working under an Industry-leading commission plan that pays well above the traditional base plus commission structure. If you have the courage to forego a base salary with an unlimited income upside based on the revenue/GP you generate, this role is for you.

We provide all you need to craft a strong message, drive qualified candidates to your customers, and help close your orders.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and market research.

Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to ensure a steady flow of sales opportunities.

Sales Presentations:

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and value of our products/services.

Client Meetings:

Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and help us negotiate terms.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Sales Proposals:

Help us create and present detailed sales proposals, including pricing, ensuring alignment with client requirements.

Closing Sales: Lead us in negotiating and closing deals.

Collaboration:

Work closely with our marketing and business operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience and client relationships as an I.T./Digital Staffing and Services Sales Leader, or similar role. Experience in these areas is a must.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to finding new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • experience with nearshore staffing or nearshore IT services


Pay:

  • For those that forego base salary, commissions are uncapped and will pay on earned revenue
