We’re seeking to fill a position for a Wholesale Operations Specialist to better support our growing B2B/Wholesale business.

What You'd Be Doing

• Serve as a point of contact for larger customers
• Managing Wholesale order entry and order process flow
• Managing Wholesale returns entry and returns process flow
• Maintaining order and return compliance with the requirements of our distributors. Identifying unique customer needs and implementing these into related processes in our internal systems.
• Working with our Operations team (inventory processing, shipping, quality control) to fulfill orders for wholesale customers
• Dealing with special requirements from customers and distributors as needed
• Creating and updating internal workflows and process around our wholesale business

• Systematic thinker; able to recognize how things could be done better and able to make improvements
• Self-directed and able to prioritize tasks appropriately
• Self-starter; able to pick up new things quickly and figure out the best way to do them without much help
• Flexibility and adaptability; there will be a fair amount of random tasks to be done.
• Previous experience interfacing with customers is preferred
• Previous experience with ERP systems and/or EDI systems is a plus
