Job Summary:


The Marketing Director will oversee and continually develop the people and processes in marketing and sales to ensure high performance and behaviors that align with company values. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote the company's products or services, attract and retain customers, and increase brand awareness and profitability. Relentlessly pursue revenue growth in a direct-to-consumer environment. Contribute to a positive culture of continuous improvement by learning and applying lean principles, always exhibiting honesty, and always respecting other people.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Director to join our team and lead the marketing efforts.


Responsibilities and Essential Duties:


  • Directly supervise the marketing team and be responsible for maintaining a high-performing and engaged workforce, using all elements of LMA (leadership, management, and accountability).
  • As a member of leadership, make decisions based on the greater good of the organization.
  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategic plans that drive operational efficiency, create alignment, and achieve company objectives.
  • Deliberately craft, maintain, and measure our Brand, ensuring consistency across all partners and channels, including internal messaging.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and gaps.
  • Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition.
  • Oversee the creation of top-notch content for websites, email and sms, social media, blogs, and other digital platforms.
  • Oversee and ensure effective PPC, SEO, and CRO strategies.
  • Manage sponsorship, influencer, or affiliate programs.
  • Collaborate with other departments on events, new products, and the overall implementation of go-to-market strategy.
  • Effectively use metrics and marketing scorecards to improve performance to both internal and external customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Be the example and develop and maintain a culture that exemplifies IE core values.
  • Drive continuous process improvement by identifying and supporting opportunities to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain a safe, trusting, and inclusive work environment that adheres to best practices and promotes high morale.
  • Exhibit and ensure respectful behavior and communication amongst all team members.
  • Stay calm under pressure when leading the team through difficult situations.
  • Be aware of, and escalate any HR-related issues to the manager and HR as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.



Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:


  • Good attitude at all times and flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related field.
  • Master’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years managing marketing strategy for a digital retail environment
  • 5+ years supervising a team
  • Extremely knowledgeable in all fields of digital marketing.
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Ability to create interdepartmental trust and consistency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop long-term solutions.
  • Possess a high level of self-awareness, humility, and empathy.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
  • Adept with technology such as ERP, Google Suite, and other software tools.
  • Deep mastery of modern E-Com tools including Shopify, GA4, Meta, and the like.
