Quilt Software is becoming a market leader in point-of-sale (POS) software, offering specialty vertical-specific inventory management solutions for high SKU businesses with complex requirements. We offer an integrated payment solution to manage and process a high volume of payments flowing through the software at a retail or wholesale level

Position Overview:

As a Marketing Operations Associate you will play a crucial role in transitioning our customer base from legacy software to cloud-based solutions and driving adoption of Quilt’s integrated payments. You will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop campaigns to drive effective and efficient customer adoption and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to identify customer segments to target for Legacy to Cloud migrations.
  • Ensure segmentation is correctly identified in CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation system (Hubspot) to support accurate outreach and reporting.
  • Manage importing of data into CRM to support sales and marketing outreach.
  • Monitor conversion and engagement metrics to continuously improve effectiveness of customer marketing and sales efforts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Quilt Software products and customers.
  • Support market research and customer analysis efforts to identify customer needs and preferences related to integrated payments and cloud software solutions.

  • Experience with CRM technology (Salesforce or Hubspot preferred).
