Quality/Engineering Manager

Cable Connections, in Norcross, Georgia, has an excellent opportunity for a Quality/Engineering Manager to lead our Quality, Engineering and Quoting groups.

The Quality/Engineering Manager is a full-time, exempt position for the right management-level candidate. In this role, you will maintain and improve the quality of products, processes, responsiveness and customer satisfaction in the Quality, Process Engineering and Quoting groups. You will lead the groups in quality documentation, including reports and standard operating procedures, to comply with regulatory requirements. You will ensure that processes follow quality standards, define criteria for test results, and drive and maintain our QMS.

A Bachelor's Degree along with ten (10) years of successful quality-minded supervisory experience in a contract manufacturing or related environment are preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and years of experience.

The right candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving and analytical skills, a high attention to detail, and strong knowledge and experience with AS9100 and ISO9001, as well as REACH and RoHS compliance standards. Experience in ERP database management and MS Office applications are also preferred skills and qualifications for this position.
