Job Description
Identify non-conformance's on incoming and outgoing parts
Conduct root cause analysis on issues using techniques such as 5Y, Fishbone, and 8D
Lead projects from beginning to final stages
Work cross-functionally with engineering and production teams
Assist with improving supplier quality
Help with New Product Introduction including reviewing and validating blueprints
Implement corrective actions and document data around their performance

The Successful Applicant
Bachelors in Engineering or adjacent discipline
4+ years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing
Knowledge of different Root Cause Analysis techniques
Experience with New Product Implementation
Comfortable working independently
Bilingual English/Spanish heavily preferred
