You Are

A self-starter with strong Telecom experience, who has preferably started their career in an operational capacity and one whom can independently manage their time to support the Telecoms Customer base. This role will work closely with the Transformation Director, who is based in the UK.

The Opportunity

• Gather and document business requirements, quickly able to identify gaps to support translating business requirements into technical requirements and working with the team to produce high-level technical solutions.
• Engage strong stakeholder management skills to agree and document detailed design and acceptance criteria for functional and non-functional requirements and project deliverables.
• Communicate with strong oral, written and presentation skills combined with the ability to guide group discussions and explain complex solutions.
• Manage and prioritize change tickets in coordination with key stakeholders
• Govern project release cycles and client project deliveries
  
  

What You Need

• Telcoms experience within Digital Commerce, Digital Orders, Digital Payments, Mobile for Business, Supply chain system support, Spectrum management would be highly desirable.
• Technical experience working with back-end platforms and associated system architectures, including the ability to identify interaction and dependencies with other systems.
• Gather and document requirements for solution delivery across multiple platforms and technologies (Java Liferay or .Net, Mobile Apps and back-end systems (API/SOA/Middleware)
• Support roadmap and backlog creation, considering customer input, product strategy and internal operational requirements.
• Outline high-level solution design to lead developers and QA analysts.
• Experience within Agile and/or Waterfall Software Development environments as a Business/Functional Analyst including associated tooling (Jira, Confluence, Rally)
  
  

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington as set forth below.

Role Location: Bellevue, WA

Compensation Range: $78,000-$118,000
